Well I have been doing a lotttttt of research on whole wheat berries and came across the coolest blogs and sites where they just sprout these little babies and pulse them and dry or bake and vola essence bread well I decided to try to make this at home so I started to sprout wheat last night in a giant old pickle jar and I do mean giant but there so little I figure im going to need a lot and it takes like days just to get them ready so I figure large jar gives me more to work with. well heres the blog I got the ideas from love the shapes she made hopefully mine will be just as pretty!!!
