We have started a new diet, Healthy eating habits at least, so we did a breakfast which I just had to take pics of for some odd reason. But here’s our Daily calorie breakdown 1500-1800 a day Breakfast 300 Lunch 300 Dinner 500, and two snacks of 200 which is 1500 so it leaves 300 cal of wiggle room!!!
So we had two breakfast sandwiches @180 each and red grapes @110 for a total of 470 a bit over but we woke up starving so figured we were still good….. at least partially.
